apparmor.d.pod: rename SIGNALS to SIGNAL

SIGNAL makes more sense because it's about a single signal.

Besides that, a9494f55238da46afe84d6fdbcd5ffecfd3b3509 introduced a (at
that point broken) usage of SIGNAL which becomes valid with this commit.
