revert naming the dnsmasq profile

Changing to "profile dnsmasq /..." broke the peer=/usr/sbin/dnsmasq in
the libvirtd profile. Revert adding the name to avoid breaking the
libvirtd profile in stable branches.

which is a request to update the libvirtd profile to allow both
peer=dnsmasq and peer=/usr/sbin/dnsmasq
