John Johansen 12a98135bf Provide a more user friendly error message when cache is 
requested and fails to be created.  Also don't make the
warning output conditional on the showcache flag as we
should be showing warning/errors by default.

The apparmor_parser allows you to add, replace, and remove AppArmor
policy through the use of command line options. The default is to add.
`apparmor_parser --help` shows what the command line options are.

You can also find more information at
