John Johansen 57985480ca parser: Fixup flags merge for disconnected_path 
When merging flags with a disconnected_path specified, there is no
check for a conflict and we can just throw away (and leak) one of
the paths.

The apparmor_parser allows you to add, replace, and remove AppArmor
policy through the use of command line options. The default is to add.
`apparmor_parser --help` shows what the command line options are.
