Ryan Lee 776c56bd7e Fix compiler warnings about format specifiers with DEBUG set 
As for %s when the pointer is null: even if gcc prints (null) this is still undefined behavior, so we should do this explicitly

The apparmor_parser allows you to add, replace, and remove AppArmor
policy through the use of command line options. The default is to add.
`apparmor_parser --help` shows what the command line options are.
