Georgia Garcia 93f3a0fa99 parser: add equality tests for network port range 
To run the network port range equality tests, we need to check if the
kernel supports the network_v8/af_inet feature. Also, a new file
features.af_inet is needed containing the af_inet feature.

The apparmor_parser allows you to add, replace, and remove AppArmor
policy through the use of command line options. The default is to add.
`apparmor_parser --help` shows what the command line options are.
