John Johansen ac6c7dd37f Rework the definition of ID and POST_VAR_ID to use a define for the charset 
ID and POST_VAR_ID define a set of characters that is reused, pull this
out to avoid making mistakes when updating the character set.

The apparmor_parser allows you to add, replace, and remove AppArmor
policy through the use of command line options. The default is to add.
`apparmor_parser --help` shows what the command line options are.

You can also find more information at
