John Johansen e4890e6ba1 parser: Add work around for buggy permstable32 
v1 of permstable32 has some broken verification checks. By using two
copies of a merged dfa and an xtable the same size of the permstable
we can work around the issue.

The apparmor_parser allows you to add, replace, and remove AppArmor
policy through the use of command line options. The default is to add.
`apparmor_parser --help` shows what the command line options are.
