John Johansen e6bedaac1d Merge parser: fix handling of norelatime mount rule flag 
Specifying norelatime should set the corresponding MS_RELATIME flag clear
bit. Instead, it ORed in MS_NORELATIME, which expands to 0. Properly set
the clear bit by using MS_RELATIME.

The apparmor_parser allows you to add, replace, and remove AppArmor
policy through the use of command line options. The default is to add.
`apparmor_parser --help` shows what the command line options are.
