John Johansen f34a7d0b28 Merge parser: add an abi <default> that is equivalent to not specifying an abi 
I am unsure how to test this equivalency due to how abi declarations interact with feature file command line arguments, so advice on that would be welcome.

The apparmor_parser allows you to add, replace, and remove AppArmor
policy through the use of command line options. The default is to add.
`apparmor_parser --help` shows what the command line options are.
