Remove leftover references to contrib/dlz/

The DLZ modules have been moved to a separate Git repository in commit
a6cce753e2b1096c4db64555d2aee096ba8236ae.  Remove leftover references to
the contrib/dlz/ directory from the main BIND 9 repository.
