1454. [port] Use getifaddrs() if available for interface scanning.

--disable-getifaddrs to override.  Glibc currently
                        has a getifaddrs() that does not support IPv6.
                        Use --enable-getifaddrs=glibc to force the use of
                        this version under linux machines.
