36c6105e4f Use coccinelle to add braces to nested single line statement 
Both clang-tidy and uncrustify chokes on statement like this:

for (...)
	if (...)
		break;

This commit uses a very simple semantic patch (below) to add braces around such
statements.

Semantic patch used:

07eebc42e4 Do not use vector socket functions in HTTP server code

4056.	[bug]		Expanded automatic testing of trust anchor
			management and fixed several small bugs including
			a memory leak and a possible loss of key state
			information. [RT #38458]

4055.	[func]		"rndc managed-keys" can be used to check status
			of trust anchors or to force keys to be refreshed,
			Also, the managed keys data file has easier-to-read
			comments.  [RT #38458]

			special URLs http://<server>:<port>/xml/v3/server,
			/zones, /net, /tasks, /mem, and /status.  [RT #35115]

3699.	[bug]		Improvements to statistics channel XSL stylesheet:
			the stylesheet can now be cached by the browser;
			section headers are omitted from the stats display
			when there is no data in those sections to be
			displayed; counters are now right-justified for
			easier readability. [RT #35117]
