27269e9dd4 pullup from BIND 8: 
1212.   [port]          libbind: 64k answer buffers were causing stack space
                        to be exceeded for certian OS.  Use heap space instead.

de36c606c5 1202. [func] New functions: cfg_obj_line() and cfg_obj_file().
