98b55eb442 improve calculation of database transfer size 
- change name of 'bytes' to 'xfrsize' in dns_db_getsize() parameter list
  and related variables; this is a more accurate representation of what
  the function is doing
- change the size calculations in dns_db_getsize() to more accurately
  represent the space needed for a *XFR message or journal file to contain
  the data in the database. previously we returned the sizes of all
  rdataslabs, including header overhead and offset tables, which
  resulted in the database size being reported as much larger than the
  equivalent *XFR or journal.
- map files caused a particular problem here: the fullname can't be
  determined from the node while a file is being deserialized, because
  the uppernode pointers aren't set yet. so we store "full name length"
  in the dns_rbtnode structure while serializing, and clear it after
  deserialization is complete.

b2f65ddbf0 Remove dns_rdataslab_tordataset() and its related dns_rdatasetmethods_t callbacks 
Since BIND libraries are no longer considered public and
dns_rdataslab_tordataset() is not used anywhere in the tree, remove the
latter and its associated dns_rdatasetmethods_t callbacks from
lib/dns/rdataslab.c.

9bc6ba0be9 dns_rdataslab_merge(): use dns_rdata_compare() instead of compare_rdata() 
compare_rdata() was meant to be used as a qsort() callback.  Meanwhile,
dns_rdataslab_merge() calls compare_rdata() for a pair of dns_rdata_t
structures rather than a pair of struct xrdata structures, which is
harmless, but triggers an ubsan warning:

    rdataslab.c:84:33: runtime error: member access within address <address> with insufficient space for an object of type 'const struct xrdata'

Use dns_rdata_compare() instead of compare_rdata() to prevent the
warning from being triggered.
