2b66a51a7d 1950. [port] Solaris 2.5.1 and earlier cannot bind() then connect()

897f762e3c Fixed a race condition in the new request retransmission code: 
if a machine is slow or busy enough, the retransmission timer could theoretically fire
again before the first transmission has finished.  This could cause us to lose track
of whether a send is in progress or not, since that information is stored in a boolean
flag (DNS_REQUEST_F_SENDING), not a counter

28fc90e6c8 #857 was incomplete, ISC_MAGIC was not being used everwhere it should have been. 
'magic' was not being declared consistantly.
some #include <isc/magic.h> were missing from other include files.
NS_SERVER_VALID was not using ISC_MAGIC_VALID.

94baac869a 712. [bug] Sending a large signed update message caused an 
assertion failure. [RT #718]

- Resetting a message should clear the TSIG/SIG(0) sections
- Rerendering a message if the first try returned USETCP should not call
  dns_message_settsigkey() again.

Transfer-source{-v6} now take a optional port
