b7e031d517 435. [bug] dns_zone_dump() overwrote existing zone files 
rather than writing to a temporary file and
                        renaming.  This could lead to empty or partial
                        zone files being left around in certain error
                        conditions involving the initial transfer of a
                        slave zone, interfering with subsequent server
                        startup. [RT #282]

8c7fa43b3c Make dst_region_computeid() take an algorithm, since it was returning the 
wrong id for RSA keys.  Also clean up a few error messages from dst routines.

ddafe41410 Fixed some documentation errors caused by describing the aberrant behaviour of 
threads in BSD/OS and mistakenly attributing that to all platforms.

Added a couple of paras on how lookups are performed.

Documented the difference n how trunctaed responses are handled.

2c9c7c5bb5 433. [func] isc_base64_decodestring() now accepts newlines 
within the base64 data.  This makes it possible
                        to break up the key data in a trusted-keys

3827c16dce This is the initial addition of the XML version of the BIND v9 ARM. 
These files are based on the BIND v9 ARM in FrameMaker. After these
files are edited they will become the master source for the BIND v9 ARM.

Still need to include style sheets and the actual XML DocBook DTD
for those who do not have it.
