Mark Andrews	518be7faab	dns_name_cat() -> dns_name_concatenate() ... Changed behaviour so that it is intuitive w.r.t. absolute names. If 'prefix' is absolute then 'suffix' must be NULL. If 'prefix' or 'suffix' is absolute then the result is absolute.	1999-02-26 00:25:12 +00:00
