b7e031d517 435. [bug] dns_zone_dump() overwrote existing zone files 
rather than writing to a temporary file and
                        renaming.  This could lead to empty or partial
                        zone files being left around in certain error
                        conditions involving the initial transfer of a
                        slave zone, interfering with subsequent server
                        startup. [RT #282]

3d37f10b91 On send, treat EPERM like ISC_R_HOSTUNREACH. send() seems to return EPERM 
on Linux when firewall rules block the send.

own CVS tree will help minimize CVS conflicts.  Maybe not.

838f13fbdc Set default signal handlers for SIGINT and SIGTERM (SIGHUP already had one). 
This doesn't appear to have an effect on any platform, but it seems like a
good idea.

2298aec5a1 test for high bit being set in isc_file_settime needed to use an 
unsigned long long constant to work correctly on platforms that have
a 64 bit timeval.tv_sec and 32 bit ints.
