ff62d4458a [master] allow shared TCP sockets when connecting 
4041.	[func]		TCP sockets can now be shared while connecting.

67adc03ef8 [master] add DSCP support 
3535.	[func]		Add support for setting Differentiated Services Code
			Point (DSCP) values in named.  Most configuration
			options which take a "port" option (e.g.,
			listen-on, forwarders, also-notify, masters,
			notify-source, etc) can now also take a "dscp"
			option specifying a code point for use with
			outgoing traffic, if supported by the underlying
			OS. [RT #27596]

897f762e3c Fixed a race condition in the new request retransmission code: 
if a machine is slow or busy enough, the retransmission timer could theoretically fire
again before the first transmission has finished.  This could cause us to lose track
of whether a send is in progress or not, since that information is stored in a boolean
flag (DNS_REQUEST_F_SENDING), not a counter

28fc90e6c8 #857 was incomplete, ISC_MAGIC was not being used everwhere it should have been. 
'magic' was not being declared consistantly.
some #include <isc/magic.h> were missing from other include files.
NS_SERVER_VALID was not using ISC_MAGIC_VALID.
