Evan Hunt 8d065fd3e1 add DNS_DBITERATOR_FOREACH and DNS_RDATASETITER_FOREACH
when iterating databases, use DNS_DBITERATOR_FOREACH and
DNS_DNSRDATASETITER_FOREACH macros where possible.
