40ed330c88 kcmp: Stop showing ids tree
Useless, at least in the form present
now it's unreadable anyway. So stop
welling out the logs.

443adb5a45 kcmp: Fix ret code comparison
In the early draft of kcmp syscall it has been returning
[-1|0|1] values but finally [0|1|2] were merged into the
kernel, but I forgot to update the criu code. The good
thing is that because we're using rbtree the kcmp results
are still sorted and tree is balanced but sometime we may
take a wrong branch generating new ID even if the object
is present in the tree which eventually may lead to dump
faulure.

41195598cf parasite: remove excessive header deps from parasite.h and friends
The task is not complete - this is just a part of what have to be done. I.e.
looks like a lot of excessive deps can be fixed.

bef7092834 Replace printf format "0x%x" with "%#x"
printf() has standard flag for adding "0x" prefix before hexadecimal integer.

MOD='[-+]\?[0-9]*.\?[0-9]*[lL]*'
git grep -l "0x%${MOD}x" | xargs -n1 sed -e "s/0x%\(${MOD}\)x/%#\1x/g" -i

3386535491 kcmp: Introduce generic object ID generator
Just move the patched code from file-ids.c to kcmp-ids.c and
make the former one be client for the latter.
