f9453d21f2 - A bug in DLPI packet transmission (Solaris, HP/UX) that caused the server 
to stop receiving packets is fixed.  The same fix also means that the MAC
  address will no longer appear 'bogus' on DLPI-based systems.

- A bug in select handling was discovered where the results of one select()
  call were discarded, causing the server to process the next select() call
  and use more system calls than required.  This has been repaired - the
  sockets will be handled after the first return from select(), resulting in
  fewer system calls.  [ISC-Bugs #19186]

0829d595f8 - If configured, dhclient may now transmit to an anycast MAC address, 
rather than using a broadcast address.  Thanks to a patch from David

4ba5891941 - DHCPv4 I/O methods that failed to sense hardware address were corrected. 
[ISC-Bugs #16881]

- DHCPv4 is now the default (as documented) rather than DHCPv6.  The default
  was set to DHCPv6 to facilitate ease early development, and forgotten.

83c0372e28 Assorted fixes for broken network devices: IP header length field is now 
determined from payload, because some NIC drivers return more data than
they actually recived; IP and UDP packets now stored in aligned data
structures; outgoing packet TTL increased from 16 to 128. [rt15583]

3d2aa1bff4 More DLPI patches from Joost. His patch was way garbled, but this is my 
best interpretation of it. The only thing confusing me is that I thought
he'd fixed all the byte order dependencies in an elegant way, but I
still see some rather ugly #ifdefs in this code. Oh well. At least it
works on minbar.

20916cae75 - Fix all the OMAPI objects in the DHCP server and client that weren't 
being correctly reference-counted.
- Make and use object-specific allocators.
- Add reference/dereference support to hash functions and to timeout
  functions.
