1dceab6c75 [master] Remove unneeded defines for errors 
As part of 4.2.0 we renamed a number of errors but continued
to include the old ones in case somebody was building something
using our libraries.  This #ifdefs them and by defaults removes them
from the compile.

db72e67d3a [master] Restore #define and hack bind.sh 
Resore the R_MULTIPLE #define so we have the same code
in final as we did in rc1.

Change the bind.sh file so we use 9.9.5-P1 for testing master, 4.2 and 4.3
until we do remove the #define

Correct parsing of DUID from config file, previously the LL type
was put in the wrong place in the DUID string.

e3c948003b Add a compile time check for the presence of the noreturn attribute 
and use it for log_fatal if it's available.  This will help code
checking programs to eliminate false positives.

7aa153b882 Primarly fix the trace code. This was broken during the modfictions of the 
DDNS code to use the bind libraries.  This patch fixes that breakage and
includes support for the new DDNS code.  This patch also deletes some dead
code and neatens up some log messages.

8fa0112dd1 Ticket 20540 - clean ups for DHCP-DDNS work, add an change dropped in the 
merge, arrange to handle callbacks from the socket code after we've deleted
the socket and deal with the quantum issue in the tasks.  This last will
be removed shortly as a better fix is now available.

6708d944e1 - Some default hash table sizes were tweaked, some upwards, some downwards. 
3.1.0a1's tables resulted in a reduction in default server memory use.
  The new selected values provide more of a zero sum (increasing the size
  of tables likely to be populated, decreasing the size of tables unlikely).

- Lease structures appear in three spearate hashes: by IP address, by UID,
  and by hardware address.  One type of table was used for all three, and
  improvements to IP address hashing were applied to all three (so UID and
  hardware addresses were treated like 4-byte integers).  There are now two
  types of tables, and the uid/hw hashes use functions more appropriate
  to their needs.

- The max-lease-misbalance percentage no longer causes scheduled rebalance
  runs to be skipped: it still governs the schedule, but every scheduled
  run will attempt balance.

supported.  This is a milestone in acheiving RFC 3925 "VIVSO" and

49146f3c15 Added authentication support. The tsig_key structure has been renamed 
to auth_key and moved into libomapi.  libomapi now depends on libres,
which contains the data signing routines.

c62871ba64 Moved hash.c from libdhcp to libomapi, in anticipation of moving the 
tsig_key structure into libomapi.  (tsig_keys are stored in a hashtable,
and libomapi should not depend on libdhcp.)
