a323900510 Fix omapi_protocol_connect() to properly return ISC_R_INCOMPLETE 
when necessary.  This should fix problems with forming OMAPI connections
to remote hosts.

49146f3c15 Added authentication support. The tsig_key structure has been renamed 
to auth_key and moved into libomapi.  libomapi now depends on libres,
which contains the data signing routines.

20916cae75 - Fix all the OMAPI objects in the DHCP server and client that weren't 
being correctly reference-counted.
- Make and use object-specific allocators.
- Add reference/dereference support to hash functions and to timeout
  functions.
