1. Click the triple dot button on the `latest` build -> click `Rebuild version`. This is really a workaround for RTD to pull the repo and discover the new tag.
1. Go to `Versions` -> `Add version` -> find the tag name in the dropdown menu -> check `Active` -> click `Update version`. Wait for the build to complete.
