Configuration Backend: MySQL

The ``mysql_cb`` hook library works in conjunction with the ``cb_cmds`` library to
implement the API to create, read, update, and delete (CRUD) the
configuration in a MySQL database. Please see :ref:`hooks-cb-cmds`
