Drop bogus memset

..that is both bad and unnecessary since
8003f8694a "loplugin:useuniqueptr in
oneToOneMappingWithFlag" changed oneToOneMappingWithFlag::mpIndex from an array
of raw pointers to an array of std::unique_ptr.
