gtktiledviewer: use setView() before postKeyEvent()

Also in SfxLokHelper::setView() set the current view shell directly,
GetFocus() in VCL may be a NOP for hidden windows.

With this, the Writer layout dump shows that two Gtk windows can have
different cursor positions correctly.
