In case of wasm build we can have missing default font config
options compared to Linux or other builds. These options are
necessary for the FontConfig lib.

In this patch, I have added ~100 new incorrect Persian (Farsi) words
and removed ~1000 words that were not incorrect.
The removed words were spelling variants and can not be considered
incorrect.

This patch provides an optimized version of the AutoCorrect list for
Persian (Farsi) language. The old version was created to resolve
i#95322, eleven years ago.
In the old file, there were over 6,000 words in the list, nearly 2/3
of which were unnecessary and essentially did not belong to the
database. It would be better to move them to spell-checking.

To ease modifications by user, this change replace both background
pictures, by their equivalent in shapes. Now, trees, sun, clouds, flowers can be
moved, removed or duplicated. Illustration is sharper.
- add shadow and blur to clouds on 2nd master
- add shadow and blur to other shapes (1st and 2nd master), to have a more consistent presentation
- move light green tree in the foreground for a more logic perspective
- remove unused styles
- remove text:span empty tags
