5585bc2fbb rename loplugin::Plugin::parentStmt 
to getParentStmt and rename parentFunctionDecl to getParentFunctionDecl,
so I don't keep using accidentally naming my variables the same as the
functions.

4c0198b02c reformat some loplugin code 
to match our more normal conventions.

Also drop the 'using std' and some other cruft
