da2f9c20f6 loplugin:changetoolsgen various improvements 
- use AdjustFoo variants of methods on Rect/Size/Point
- ignore double assignments
- improve error messages
- handle expressions that include macros by using getExpansionLoc
- replace ++X() with X() + 1
