I didn't convert these correctly, the Traverse calls need
adjusting.

1fd27a7931 filter out AST in more plugins 
I seem to have missed quite a few in

    commit 9f4d23c151
    filter out some of the AST in the plugins

This nets me another 14% improvement

6810f00d09 loplugin:staticaccess: Extend loplugin:staticcall to cover all access... 
to static members (data, in addition to function) via class member access
syntax.  Also covers the (somewhat obscure) access to enumerator members.
