A ridiculously fast way of doing this is:

This may reduce some degree of dependency on boost.
Done by running a script like:
git grep -l '#include *.boost/scoped_array.hpp.' \
| xargs sed -i -e 's@#include *.boost/scoped_array.hpp.@#include <memory>@'
git grep -l '\(boost::\)\?scoped_array<\([^<>]*\)>' \
| xargs sed -i -e 's/\(boost::\)\?scoped_array<\([^<>]*\)>/std::unique_ptr<\2[]>/'
... and then killing duplicate or unnecessary includes,
while changing manually
m_xOutlineStylesCandidates in xmloff/source/text/txtimp.cxx,
extensions/source/ole/unoconversionutilities.hxx, and
extensions/source/ole/oleobjw.cxx.

I used the following command to make the changes:

and ran it for both .cxx and .hxx files.

Shrinks some libraries, example from --enable-dbgutil Fedora gcc 4.8.3:
libvcllo.so by 473k (0.35%)
libswlo.so by ~1Mb (sadly that is just 0.2%)

First, I updated the clang rewriter to do the conversion.
Then I lightly hand-tweaked the output for the few places where
the rewriter messed up, mostly when dealing with calls on "this".

a lot of hand tweaking to fix all the places where the rewriter
did not play nice with various macros.
