rtl/(u)?string.hxx still include sal/log.hxx but removing osl/diagnose.h
was painful enough for now...

Convert code like
aStr.compareToAscii("XXX") == 0
to
aStr.equalsAscii("XXX")
which is both easier to read and faster.
