daecb93aff tdf#93750 allow for EMF+ record padding up to 11 bytes 
When an array of EMF+ has extra bytes in the end, that are less than 12,
they should not be  treated as another EMF+ record, but simply ignored.

7aa9f04538 do not include boost/utility.hpp 
It just includes a bunch of other boost headers; mostly we need
boost/noncopyable.hpp so include that directly.

This eliminates 831 MB(!) of boost/preprocessor/seq/fold_left.hpp
completely, which is the 2nd biggest header after ustring.hxx.

0980095619 Replace boost::scoped_array<T> with std::unique_ptr<T[]> 
This may reduce some degree of dependency on boost.
Done by running a script like:

git grep -l '#include  *.boost/scoped_array.hpp.' \
 | xargs sed -i -e 's@#include  *.boost/scoped_array.hpp.@#include <memory>@'
git grep -l '\(boost::\)\?scoped_array<\([^<>]*\)>' \
 | xargs sed -i -e 's/\(boost::\)\?scoped_array<\([^<>]*\)>/std::unique_ptr<\2[]>/'

... and then killing duplicate or unnecessary includes,
while changing manually
m_xOutlineStylesCandidates in xmloff/source/text/txtimp.cxx,
extensions/source/ole/unoconversionutilities.hxx, and
extensions/source/ole/oleobjw.cxx.

d883c12556 Get rid of the initial :: for the vcl namespace 
We used it all over the place without leading :: already anyway, even
in many files in include. So let's be consistent. In the majority of
cases, prefer the easier-on-the-eyes choice, not the "safe" one.

In those files in include where *all* existing uses of ::vcl:: indeed
used the :: prefix, there let's keep it for consistency.

af5ebbf783 create a macro library for implementing bit-flags types

changed from a macro- to a template-based solution.  (Unfortunately MSVC 2012
does not support explicit conversion operators.  Worked around that with
explicit #ifs rather than some HAVE_EXPLICIT_CONVERSION_OPERATORS and
SAL_EXPLICIT_CONVERSION_OPERATOR ainticipating we hopefully soon move to a
baseline that requires unconditional support for them.)

794d5ac4ac vcl: use enum for complex text layout constants 
Since these constants are bitfield flags, we define some methods to make
working with them reasonably type safe.

Move the definitions to outdevstate.hxx, since we need the values there,
and that appears to be the "root most" header file.

Also dump TEXT_LAYOUT_BIDI_LTR constant, since it means the same thing
as TEXT_LAYOUT_DEFAULT (ie. 0), and leaving it in causes people to write
weird code thinking that it's a real flag.

cd3d26b7ed vcl consitent use of long for corrdinate 
most of length in vcl are calculated in 'long'
but array of X position tend to be in sal_Int32.
As a prep work to be able to support 'double'
as the base type of Device Coordinate, harmonize
the use of 'long' for non-float coordinate.
