Following ESC decision, uno commands InsertRows / InsertColumns must be added to the current one InsertRowsBefore / InsertColumnsBefore and InsertRowsAfter / InsertColumnsAfter. This will guarantee ascending compatibility while making more explicit the behaviour thanks to the new commands.
