update the plugin to check all methods for deleting fields. Also remove the dead checks for new failing here, can never have worked, because it is not calling the std::nothrow variant. The legacy .rdb format. Originally used for services and types .rdb files, before the former were replaced with XML files and the latter with the new unoidl format, but still needed for backwards compatibility.
