Miklos Vajna 56cc352d82 xmlsecurity PDF verify: initial support of cross-reference streams ...

This adds support for cross-reference streams (which can be used instead
of plain-text cross-reference tables) + also one stream predictor.

The actual parsed data is still not used, though.
