Michael Stahl 5d8f48c81e solver doesn't solve anything...
... it is an abbreviation of "Solar Version".

Since nobody can remember that:

remove OUTDIR OUTDIR_FOR_BUILD SOLARVER SOLARVERSION solarpath
and any mention thereof.
