Gabor Kelemen 5cb0c041fd tdf#42949 Fix IWYU warnings in chart2/source/controller/* (2)
Found with bin/find-unneeded-includes
Only removal proposals are dealt with here.

Cleaned directories are chartapiwrapper and dialogs
Also a few other hxx in other inc dirs that came up
during the process
