Partially revert my previous commit eb4cbea657
"Silence some conversion warnings", since no warning was really raised for
these obvious conversions.

The legacy .rdb format. Originally used for services and types .rdb files, before the former were replaced with XML files and the latter with the new unoidl format, but still needed for backwards compatibility.
