(Phil) Added beginning detection for serial EEPROMs. Right now if it
finds anything within 0x50-0x57, it will claim it is an EEPROM with a confidence of '1' (the least confidence). Using the PC-100 SPD spec I should be able to add better detection, at least for serial EEPROMs on PC-100 SDRAM DIMMs. git-svn-id: http://lm-sensors.org/svn/lm-sensors/trunk@276 7894878c-1315-0410-8ee3-d5d059ff63e0
