  `callbackQueryId` is a required argument. All other options
  are optional.

src/telegram: Add TelegramBot#removeTextListener() 
Feature:

  This is the opposite action to `TelegramBot#onText()`.
  It allows removing any previously-registered listeners.

  It is similar to `TelegramBot#removeReplyListener()`.
