tests: ovsdb: Add ovsdb prefix to related tests.

Add ovsdb-idl prefix for tests in ovsdb-idl.at.
Add ovsdb-log prefix for tests in ovsdb-log.at.
Add ovsdb prefix for the rest of the ovsdb tests.
