e6211adce4 lib: Move vlog.h to <openvswitch/vlog.h> 
A new function vlog_insert_module() is introduced to avoid using
list_insert() from the vlog.h header.

315ea327a6 util: Pre-allocate buffer for ovs_lasterror_to_string(). 
This lets us call ovs_lasterror_to_string() and not having
to do an extra call of LocalFree() on the returned string.

279c9e0308 Log anything that could prevent a daemon from starting. 
If a daemon doesn't start, we need to know why.  Being able to
consistently consult the log to find out is helpful.

d98e600755 vlog: Make client supply semicolon for VLOG_DEFINE_THIS_MODULE. 
It's kind of odd for VLOG_DEFINE_THIS_MODULE to supply its own semicolon,
so this commit switches to the more common form.

e251c8d005 uuid: Break code to read /dev/urandom into a new module. 
This code is useful for seeding other random number generators, so we might
as well make it a separate source file.
