70ae4f930c Implement OpenFlow 1.5 port desc stats request.

9b77a33644 ofp-util: Remove ofputil_count_phy_ports().
It's harder to calculate the number of ports in a given amount of space in
OpenFlow 1.4 and later, because the ofp_port structure becomes variable
length in those versions. This commit removes the one caller, replacing
it by a version that doesn't need to know the number of ports in advance.

fca6d553da ovs-ofctl: Fix port lookup and "ovs-ofctl" behavior for OpenFlow 1.3+.
ovs-ofctl supports using port names in commands that operate on ports. It
does this by connecting to the switch, listing the ports, and picking out
the one with the specified name. However, this didn't work properly for
OpenFlow 1.3+, because it always used an OFPT_FEATURES_REQUEST to list the
ports, and in OpenFlow 1.3+ the reply to this request does not include a
list of ports. This commit fixes the problem (using code that previously
was just a fallback when there were too many ports to fit in an
OFPT_FEATURES_REPLY).

For similar reasons, "ovs-ofctl show" wasn't listing the switch's ports
when it connected to a switch over OpenFlow 1.3 or later. This commit
fixes that bug also.

6dc5374435 Enable OpenFlow 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3 by default.
The Open vSwitch software switch now supports all the required features of
OpenFlow 1.0 through 1.3, with one known trivial exception[*]. Enable them
by default in ovs-vswitchd.

For now, ovs-ofctl only enables OpenFlow 1.0 by default. This is
because ovs-ofctl implements command such as "add-flow" as raw
OpenFlow requests, but those requests have subtly different semantics
in different OpenFlow versions. For example:

    - In OpenFlow 1.0, a "mod-flow" operation that does not find any
existing flow to modify adds a new flow.

    - In OpenFlow 1.1, a "mod-flow" operation that does not find any
existing flow to modify adds a new flow, but only if the
mod-flow did not match on the flow cookie.

    - In OpenFlow 1.2 and a later, a "mod-flow" operation never adds a
      new flow.

[*] OpenFlow 1.1, but not any earlier or later version of OpenFlow,
requires support for VLANs introduced by Ethertype 0x88a8, but Open
vSwitch does not support this Ethertype.

adcf00ba35 ofproto/bond: Implement bond megaflow using recirculation
Infrastructure to enable megaflow support for bond ports using
recirculation. This patch adds the following features:
* Generate RECIRC action when bond can benefit from recirculation.
* Populate post recirculation rules in a hidden table. Currently table 254.
* Uses post recirculation rules for bond rebalancing
* A recirculation implementation in dpif-netdev.

The goal of this patch is to be able to megaflow bond outputs and
thus greatly improve performance. However, this patch does not
actually improve the megaflow generation. It is left for a later commit.

13751fd88c Classifier: Track address prefixes.
Add a prefix tree (trie) structure for tracking the used address
space, enabling skipping classifier tables containing longer masks
than necessary for an address field value in a packet header being
classified. This enables less unwildcarding for datapath flows in
parts of the address space without host routes.

Trie lookup is interwoven to the staged lookup, so that a trie is
searched only when the configured trie field becomes relevant
for the lookup. The trie lookup results are retained so that each
trie is checked at most once for each classifier lookup.

This implementation tracks the number of rules at each address prefix
for the whole classifier. More aggressive table skipping would be
possible by maintaining lists of tables that have prefixes at the
lengths encountered on tree traversal, or by maintaining separate
tries for subsets of rules separated by metadata fields.

Prefix tracking is configured via OVSDB. A new column "prefixes" is
added to the database table "Flow_Table". "prefixes" is a set of
string values listing the field names for which prefix lookup should
be used.

As of now, the fields for which prefix lookup can be enabled are:
- tun_id, tun_src, tun_dst
- nw_src, nw_dst (or aliases ip_src and ip_dst)
- ipv6_src, ipv6_dst

There is a maximum number of fields that can be enabled for any one
flow table. Currently this limit is 3.

Examples:

ovs-vsctl set Bridge br0 flow_tables:0=@N1 -- \
 --id=@N1 create Flow_Table name=table0
ovs-vsctl set Bridge br0 flow_tables:1=@N1 -- \
 --id=@N1 create Flow_Table name=table1

ovs-vsctl set Flow_Table table0 prefixes=ip_dst,ip_src
ovs-vsctl set Flow_Table table1 prefixes=[]

d4fa4e792e ofp-util: Use correct cookie value in "packet_in"s when no flow involved.
OpenFlow 1.3 uses all-1-bits in a packet_in to indicate that the packet_in
was not generated by a flow, but Open vSwitch incorrectly used 0. This
fixes the problem.

For consistency, this commit also changes NXT_PACKET_IN to use all-1-bits
for this case, event though NXT_PACKET_IN was previously defined to use
zero. This doesn't appear to make a difference for the NVP controller; if
it causes a problem for some other controller then I will revert that part
of the change.

0fb7792ab3 ofproto, ofp-util: Begin disentangling packet-in wire format and handling.
struct ofputil_packet_in mixes data included in OpenFlow packet_in messages
with data that used internally by ofproto and connmgr to queue and route
packet_ins. This commit begins disentangling these purposes by adding a
new struct ofproto_packet_in that wraps struct ofputil_packet_in. Adding
this new level of indirection causes a lot of code churn, so this commit
mainly takes care of that to make the remaining changes easier to read.

This commit does move the list node used for queuing packet_ins into the
new wrapper structure.

0fb88c18fb ofp-util: Abstract flow_mod OFPFF_* flags.
The OFPFF_* flags used in flow_mods are just confusing enough that it
seems worthwhile to try to abstract them out. In particular:

    * OFPFF_EMERG was introduced in OF1.0, deleted in OF1.1, and then
its bit was reused for a different purpose in OF1.2.

    * OFPFF_RESET_COUNTS was introduced in OF1.2 but the semantics that it
specifies are implied by "add" commands in earlier versions, so
proper translation requires the OpenFlow version number and flow_mod
