We're really good about keeping manpages up to date, but terrible at
updating the dates at the bottom of the manpages. So, instead of using
manually updated dates, this commit switches to using automatically updated
version numbers.
We can only use automatically updated version numbers for manpages that
we preprocess, that is, the manpages whose sources end with ".in". This
excludes a couple of manpages that don't actually get installed with OVS,
such as the manpages for ovs-ctl and ovsdb-idlc. This commit doesn't
change those manpages. It does change the ovs-bugtool manpage to one that
is preprocessed so that we can use the version there.

-Implemented support for ovs-test client, so that it could automatically
spawn an ovs-test server process from itself. This reduces the number of
commands the user have to type to get tests running.
-Automated creation of OVS bridges and ports (for VLAN and GRE tests), so that
user would not need to invoke ovs-vsctl manually to switch from direct, 802.1Q
and GRE tests.
-Fixed some pylint reported warnings.
-Fixed ethtool invocation so that we always try to query the physical interface
to get the driver name and version.
-and some others enhancements.
The new usage:
Node1:ovs-test -s 15531
Node2:ovs-test -c 127.0.0.1,1.1.1.1 192.168.122.151,1.1.1.2 -d -l 125 -t gre

Most options were formatted like this in the manpage:
-o ARGUMENT
--option ARGUMENT
but a few were formatted like this:
-o ARGUMENT | --option ARGUMENT
or even as:
-o, --option ARGUMENT
The former seems least confusing to me, so switch all of the documentation
to this format.

This tool will be a replacement for the current ovs-vlan-test
utility. Besides from connectivity issues it will also be able
to detect performance related issues in Open vSwitch setups.
Currently it uses UDP and TCP protocols for stressing.
