This allows to not redefine common macroses in every single file and allowes using things like .EX without warying about compatibility. manpages.mk updated automatically. Files that are already complete pages (i.e. has no *.in sources) wasn't touched, because this will require additional file manipulations and changes in makefiles/specs without serious profit.
