Replace SelectedItemSet with MessageIdsList.

Browse Source 
Use vector<FullMsgId> everywhere instead QMap<..,HistoryItem*>.
The old way the app crashed in case some messages were deleted.
If the items are needed use HistoryItemsList=vector<HistoryItem*>.
